Today was our second bi-weekly meeting. Mine was short and sweet with Mr. Snell. We looked over my progress thus far and what I have or haven’t accomplished since the last meeting. I have achieved the goal of deciding which topic to pursue: magnets or shopping carts. I have headed into the direction of magnetic levitation. Our new goal for the end of the project would be to create the cooling superconductor project (talked about in an earlier post). To add a personal twist and truly make it my project, the goal would be to transform the track into one big slab rather than having it follow the same path OR see the heaviest amount of weight that the superconductor could handle. I have completed all needed research and now I need to find the directions for the creation of this experiment to bring this idea to life to conclude my project!
