After discovering electromagnets, I decided to do more research in that direction as it seems to be a better solution for my project. The electromagnetic field involves the push and pull of anything with an electric charge. That field is the area where the charged particles (positive protons and negative electrons which move in opposite directions) will actually feel the electric force.
